My name is Hazel and I am part of the Summer Learning Journey team this year. I am so glad that you have decided to join us as we learn more about the world around us.
I found your facts about Aotearoa very interesting. I especially enjoyed the fact about there being no snakes in the country. I lived in Arizona, USA a few years ago, and there were snakes everywhere! And not just little ones; there were HUGE rattlesnakes that would hide in the gardens which could be quite scary. What do you think would change in New Zealand if we did have snakes in our country?
Keep up the great work, and I look forward to reading more of your posts soon.
